you know sometimes you really want to know sth... but when you get to know, you fucking regret because it makes you so sad and fucked up. it makes your heart feel so heavy and the more you think about it the more you feel sad? then you try to  console yourself by saying the truth hurts and lies worse but actually you wished all these were just lies? and you don't rly wanna talk to anyone because no one can help even though they're there to listen but deep down you still feel like shit and you make the other person feel like shit too and you feel sorry but you can't help it? ever experienced such a thing?
